The waiting room, ordered by urgency
Every patient who arrives is recorded with their time. Colour-coded triage puts the urgent ones first and the vet calls them in to the consultation with one click.
In a clinic the waiting room changes every minute. Zenivet shows it in real time: who has arrived, at what time, how long they have been waiting and with what priority.
When the vet presses “Move to consultation”, the patient’s clinical visit opens and they leave the list. No paperwork and no back-and-forth to reception.
What you can do
-
Arrivals in real time
The list refreshes itself every 30 seconds, with no reloading.
-
Colour-coded triage
Urgent, priority or normal. Sorted by triage and then by arrival time.
-
With or without appointment
Mark the arrival from the appointment or add someone who walks in without one, such as an emergency.
-
Waiting time
You see how long each patient has been waiting so nobody gets forgotten.
-
Move to consultation
One click creates the clinical visit and takes the vet to the record.
-
Call screen
Full-screen view for a reception TV, showing the patients being called.
What you see on screen
Every area of the screen has a purpose. This is how it is organised:
- 1Add to the room: registers a patient who arrives without an appointment.
- 2Triage: urgent, priority or normal, with its colour.
- 3Move to consultation: calls the patient and opens their clinical visit.
How it works, step by step
-
1
The patient arrives
Reception marks the arrival from the appointment or adds them to the room.
-
2
Triage is assigned
If their condition requires it, they become urgent or priority and move up the list.
-
3
The vet calls them
“Move to consultation” opens the visit and announces it on the room screen.
-
4
They leave the waiting room
The list is left clear for the next one.
Tip: With the Alt+E shortcut you open the waiting room from any screen.
