Reception

The clinic’s whole day, at a glance

When you log in to Zenivet you see what matters today at your centre: who has an appointment, who is waiting, who is hospitalised, what is left to collect and what needs your attention.

The home dashboard is the first screen each morning. It summarises the activity of the active centre and warns of whatever cannot wait: prescriptions that must be reported to PRESVET, items below minimum stock or batches that expire soon.

Each person sees what applies to them according to their role. Reception sees diary and payments; the clinical team, hospitalisation and prescriptions; management, in addition, the day’s and the month’s sales.

What you can do

  • Activity of the day

Today’s appointments, patients in the waiting room, inpatients and charges pending payment, always up to date.

  • Alerts that need attention

Prescriptions pending for PRESVET, stock below minimum and batches expiring within 60 days or less, highlighted in colour.

  • Appointments by hour

Today’s appointment list with its status. One click and you open the appointment.

  • According to role

Each indicator only appears if you have permission for that module. Nobody sees what isn’t theirs.

  • Sales for management

Invoicing for the day and the month for whoever runs the clinic.

  • Indicators with links

Click an alert and go straight to the list: for example, “Expiring batches” opens the stock alerts.

What you see on screen

Every area of the screen has a purpose. This is how it is organised:

  1. 1Activity of the day: appointments, waiting room, inpatients and pending charges.
  2. 2Alerts: sales, PRESVET prescriptions, stock below minimum and expiry dates.
  3. 3Today’s appointments by hour, with their status. Click a row to open it.
