Boarding, without notebooks or double bookings
You see which kennels are free, take bookings with a deposit, check vaccinations on arrival and charge the actual nights on departure.
The kennel plan shows occupancy for the dates you look up: free, occupied with their departure date, and booked with their arrival date. Each stay has its own record with feeding, medication and emergency contact.
During the stay, the diary with notes and photos can be sent to the owner. It is what owners value most, and you do it in a minute.

Every area of the screen has a purpose. This is how it is organised:

Book
You choose the patient, dates and kennel, and take the deposit if you wish.

Check-in
Zenivet checks the mandatory vaccinations before checking the pet in.

A diary with photos that you can send to the owner.

Departure
“Check out and charge nights” creates the charge to be paid at the point of sale.
Tip: If a booking is cancelled and had a deposit, the deposit stays as a payment on account for the client and can be refunded from the point of sale.

Frequently asked questions
Zenivet warns you before check-in. If you decide to accept it anyway, you have to confirm and it is recorded.
Each kennel has its own rate per night, so you can have kennels by size with different prices.
The actual ones: on departure the nights the pet has stayed are counted, with a minimum of one.
