No vaccination goes without a reminder

You give the vaccine with its batch, Zenivet calculates the next dose from the schedule and reminds the client when it is due. Overdue ones go in a list to review.

Vaccination schedules are defined by species and age, such as the puppy or the adult schedule, with their doses and intervals. When you give a vaccine you choose product, batch and date, and the next dose is scheduled automatically.

Every night Zenivet sends the reminders for vaccinations that are due. And the list of overdue and upcoming ones lets you review and manually remind whoever needs it.

What you can do

  • Vaccination schedules

Protocols by species and age, with configurable doses and intervals.

  • Batch and expiry

Each administration is recorded with product, batch, expiry, vet and date.

  • Automatic next dose

It is calculated from the schedule and generates its reminder.

  • Overdue and upcoming

Lists with days remaining and the “Notified” mark once the reminder has been sent.

  • Bulk reminders

Send the reminder to all the clients on the list in one go.

  • PDF certificate

The vaccination certificate, for example for rabies, ready to hand over.

What you see on screen

Every area of the screen has a purpose. This is how it is organised:

  1. 1Tabs: overdue, upcoming and vaccination schedules.
  2. 2Status: overdue, days remaining or “Notified”.
  3. 3Send reminders: notifies all the clients on the list.

How it works, step by step

  1. 1

    Give the vaccine

In the patient’s Vaccinations tab: product, batch and date.

  2. 2

    The next one is scheduled

The next dose comes from the vaccination schedule, with no manual calculations.

  3. 3

    The client gets the reminder

The nightly process sends the reminder by email or WhatsApp.

  4. 4

    You review the overdue ones

Anyone who hasn’t come in appears on the list to be called.

Tip: In boarding, a pet’s check-in verifies that its mandatory vaccinations are up to date.
