Sales and invoicing

Clear quotes, accepted and signed

You prepare the quote for a surgery with anaesthesia, tests and hospitalisation, the client accepts it with their signature and, when the work is done, it passes to payment.

Quotes are made with prices including VAT, which is how the client understands them. They are sent by email or printed, and have their validity and their status: draft, sent, accepted, rejected or expired.

When the client accepts, they sign on the tablet. Then, “Convert to charges” takes the lines to the point of sale to be paid when the work is done, without retyping them.

What you can do

  • VAT included

Lines with the final price, as the client sees it.

  • Statuses and validity

Draft, sent, accepted, rejected or expired.

  • Signed acceptance

The client signs on the tablet when accepting.

  • Convert to charges

The lines pass to the point of sale when the work is done.

  • Sent by email

Or printed, to hand over in person.

  • Duplicate

Reuse a similar quote as the basis for another client.

What you see on screen

Every area of the screen has a purpose. This is how it is organised:

  1. 1Quote lines with prices including VAT.
  2. 2Status and validity of the quote.
  3. 3On acceptance: client signature and move to pending charges.

How it works, step by step

  1. 1

    Create the quote

For example, a surgery with anaesthesia, tests and hospitalisation.

  2. 2

    Send it

    By email or printed.

  3. 3

    Accept and sign

    When the client agrees.

  4. 4

    Convert to charges

And take payment when the work is done.

Tip: For large quotes, ask for a payment on account when it is accepted: it is deducted automatically at payment.
