The team’s time clock, inside Zenivet

Each person clocks in and out with a button, from the same application they work in. No other program and no other password.

Recording working hours is mandatory. In Zenivet the clock-in button is in the user menu, so it is done at the start and at the end without a second thought.

Clock records are not deleted and are kept for four years. Changing one requires writing the reason, and who changed it and when is recorded.

What you can do

  • One button to clock in

Clock in and out from the user menu.

  • Hours worked

Clock records for the period with the hours total.

  • Corrections with a reason

Each change requires an explanation and is audited.

  • 4-year retention

    Clock records are not deleted.

  • Export to Excel

By employee and dates, to sign or hand to the inspectorate.

  • No double clocking

A double press within a minute is ignored.
