From order to supplier payment, in order
Zenivet suggests the order with whatever is below minimum, you receive the goods with their batch and expiry, and you keep track of when each invoice falls due.
Orders are created as drafts and sent to the supplier by email. When you receive the goods you enter batch and expiry: stock goes up and the item’s cost is updated.
If the supplier sends only part of the order, you receive what arrives and the order stays as partial until it is complete. Supplier invoices are recorded with their due dates and pass to accounting.
