Health plans that collect themselves

You define the plan, the client signs the SEPA mandate and from then on the coverage is applied automatically at every visit. Each period, one remittance for the bank.

Health plans build loyalty and give the clinic recurring income. In Zenivet you define plans by species and age — puppy, adult, senior — with their fee, billing frequency and coverage: included consultations, vaccinations or a percentage discount.

When a patient is enrolled in the plan, the payer signs the SEPA mandate on the tablet. Coverage is applied when charges are generated: the included service appears at €0 or with its discount.

What you can do

  • Configurable plans

Fee including VAT, frequency and coverage by species and age.

  • Signed SEPA mandate

The payer signs on the tablet with their IBAN.

  • Automatic coverage

Included services and discounts are applied automatically to each charge.

  • XML remittances

Each period, the direct debits and the file to send to the bank.

  • Returned debits

They are recorded as returned and remain as the client’s debt.

  • Cancellations and renewals

The subscription is renewed or cancelled while keeping the history.

What you see on screen

Every area of the screen has a purpose. This is how it is organised:

  1. 1Plan: fee, frequency and coverage.
  2. 2New subscription with the SEPA mandate signature.
  3. 3SEPA remittances: file of direct debits for the bank.

How it works, step by step

  1. 1

    Design the plan

    Coverage, fee and frequency.

  2. 2

    Enrol the patient

    Payer, IBAN and mandate signature.

  3. 3

    Coverage is applied

At every visit, without having to think about it.

  4. 4

    Generate the remittance

The XML file for the bank, each period.

Tip: The patient’s record shows their plan and how much they have used of each coverage.
