Cookie policy
The short version
zenivet.es uses only two first-party cookies, both technical and needed for the site to work. There is no analytics, no advertising, no profiling and no third-party cookies: we send nothing about your visit to anyone. We also load no fonts, maps or videos from external servers; everything is served from our own domain.
You can review your choice at any time from «Cookie settings», the link in the footer of every page.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. They are used for very different things: some are essential for the site to work, others are used for measurement or advertising. The law (article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI) only requires asking your permission for the latter; the former, technical ones, are exempt.
Alongside cookies there are other forms of browser storage, such as local storage. We treat them the same way here: if we stored anything that was not essential, we would ask you first.

Essential for the site to work: they keep the session, protect the contact form against forgery and remember the decision you make here. They are not used for measuring or advertising, which is why the law does not require consent to use them.

How the notice works
The first time you visit we show a notice with three options at the same level: accept all, reject all and configure. Because we only use technical cookies, which are exempt from consent, the notice is informational: the site works the same whatever you choose. We keep the notice and the panel so you can see clearly what we use and so that, if we ever add an optional cookie, we ask your permission before using it.
- No cookie wall: the site works in full even if you reject everything. We hide no content behind consent.
- You can see it again: from «Cookie settings» in the footer.
- It expires: your choice is remembered for 24 months with the
zenivet_consentcookie, which is only created when you press a button in the notice. After that we ask again. We would also ask again if this list changed.
That choice is stored only in your browser; we keep no record of it on our server. We also explain this in the privacy policy.
How to delete them from your browser
You can delete or block cookies from your browser. There you manage those of every website, not only ours:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
- Mobile: on Android and iOS, inside the browser's own settings.
If you delete our cookies we will show the notice again. If you block all of them, including the session cookie, the contact form may stop working, because it uses it to check that the submission is legitimate.
Third-party cookies
We use none. This website includes no analytics, advertising, embedded social networks or any other external service that sets cookies.
The website has a link to WhatsApp. It is an ordinary link: until you click it, nothing is loaded from WhatsApp or Meta. If you click it, you leave this website and WhatsApp's terms and cookie policy apply.
