Stock up to date, with no forgotten expiry dates
Every sale, consultation use or hospital task deducts stock from the right store. And whatever expires or drops below minimum, you are warned in advance.
You can have several stores per centre: shop, consulting room, operating theatre or hospital. Every movement is recorded — purchases, sales, clinical use, adjustments and transfers — and can be looked up by item.
When selling, the batch that expires first is deducted first. Alerts warn of stock below minimum and upcoming expiry dates, and the stocktake generates the adjustments for any differences on its own.
