Each pet’s record, clear and complete

Photo, species, breed, age, latest weight, microchip and alerts always visible in the header. Below, tabs with its whole clinical history.

The patient record is the centre of clinical information. The fixed header shows what the vet should always see: who it is, how much it weighs, who it belongs to and what alerts it has.

Allergies, aggression or a heart condition are flagged as alerts and appear in red on every patient screen: when prescribing, when hospitalising and in the consultation.

What you can do

  • Validated microchip

Checks the 15-digit format and warns you if it already exists on another record.

  • Alerts in red

Allergies, behaviour or conditions, visible on every patient screen.

  • Weight chart

Each weight from visits feeds the evolution curve.

  • Complete details

Species, breed, sex, neutering, date of birth, coat, EU passport, registration and insurance.

  • Patient status

Active, deceased, rehomed or lost. If it passes away, its automatic reminders are stopped.

  • PDF record

A summary to give to the client or send to another clinic.

What you see on screen

Every area of the screen has a purpose. This is how it is organised:

  1. 1Header: species, breed, sex, age, latest weight and microchip.
  2. 2Alerts: allergies, behaviour or other important notices.
  3. 3Tabs: clinical record, vaccinations, prescriptions, hospitalisation and more.
  4. 4Weight: the evolution chart.

How it works, step by step

  1. 1

    Register the pet

From the client record, with its details and microchip.

  2. 2

    Flag its alerts

Allergies and clinical notices stay visible to the whole team.

  3. 3

    Each visit adds up

Weight, vaccinations, prescriptions and tests accumulate in its tabs.

  4. 4

    Everything at hand

From the header you reach any data in one click.

Tip: Always add allergies as an alert: they will appear in red when prescribing or hospitalising.
