Sales and invoicing

Invoicing ready for VERI*FACTU by design

Every invoice is recorded with a hash chained to the previous one, carries its tax QR code and is sent to the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency). An issued invoice is not edited: it is corrected.

Zenivet issues full invoices, simplified invoices (receipts), invoices replacing simplified ones and corrective invoices, with series by type and centre and consecutive numbering with no gaps.

Invoicing was built with VERI*FACTU in mind from the start, not as an add-on: an invoicing record for every invoice and cancellation, chained hash, QR code, event log and submission to the AEAT. On the VERI*FACTU screen you see each submission and its status, and resend whatever is pending.

What you can do

  • Four invoice types

F1 full, F2 simplified, F3 replacing simplified invoices and R corrective.

  • Chained hash

Each record links to the previous one: the chain cannot be altered without it showing.

  • Tax QR code

The client can verify their invoice on the AEAT website.

  • Submission to the AEAT

Automatic, with the status and response of each submission and resubmission of pending ones.

  • Controlled corrective invoices

For the units you specify, never more than were invoiced.

  • Grouped invoice

Several charges or several pets of the same client on a single invoice.

What you see on screen

Every area of the screen has a purpose. This is how it is organised:

  1. 1Invoice with its lines, taxable base, VAT and total.
  2. 2Status: issued, paid or cancelled, what is pending and the AEAT’s response.
  3. 3Tax QR code to verify the invoice.
  4. 4Actions: take payment, correct, cancel and send by email.

How it works, step by step

  1. 1

    Issued on payment

From the point of sale or by grouping the client’s charges.

  2. 2

    Recorded and chained

With its hash, its QR code and its consecutive number.

  3. 3

    Sent to the AEAT

And the response is kept on the invoice itself.

  4. 4

    Sent to the client

As a PDF by email, with resending and duplicates.

Tip: Before you start invoicing, review the company’s tax details and the year’s series in Settings.

The current calendar (Royal Decree-Law 15/2025) sets 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for everyone else, and the tax authority has announced a postponement that is yet to be published. Zenivet already works this way, so you will not have to change how you work.

Only if it has been issued with no payments or corrective invoices, and the cancellation is also reported to the AEAT. If it has already been paid, a corrective invoice is made.

A simplified invoice is accepted up to €400 including VAT. Above that, Zenivet asks for a full invoice with the client’s details.
