What is done, gets charged
Every procedure, test, medication or item used in the visit, the hospital stay or the grooming creates a pending charge and deducts stock. At the counter, the client pays for everything in one click: consultation and shop on the same screen.
- Split payment: cash, card, Bizum, bank transfer or deposit on account.
- Invoice or receipt with a tax QR code and submission to the AEAT.
- Till closing with cash count and Z report.

Yes. Invoicing was designed for VERI*FACTU (the Spanish Tax Agency’s e-invoicing system) from the start: one record per invoice, chained hash, tax QR code and submission to the AEAT.
Yes. Antibiotic prescriptions go into a tray with their days remaining and are sent to PRESVET (the Spanish antibiotic prescription reporting system), keeping the acknowledgement.
