The clinical record, the heart of Zenivet
Every visit in SOAP format, with vital signs, diagnoses and tests. And what is done in the consultation gets charged: the charges pass to reception on their own.
Each visit is an orderly episode: reason and history, examination with structured vital signs, assessment with a presumptive and a definitive diagnosis, and plan. Templates by visit type fill in the text and the usual charges.
Zenivet applies a simple rule: what is done, gets charged. Every procedure, test, medication or material used creates a pending charge for the client and, if it is a stocked item, deducts it. When you finish, reception collects everything in one click.

What you see on screen
Every area of the screen has a purpose. This is how it is organised:
- 1S and O: reason for consultation and history, and physical examination.
- 2A and P: coded diagnoses and treatment or instructions.
- 3Vital signs and charges: weight, temperature, rates… and what will be billed.
- 4Actions: apply a template, PDF report and close the visit.
How it works, step by step
-
1
Open the visit
From the waiting room, the appointment or the patient record.
-
2
Apply a template
In routine cases it fills in the text and adds the typical charges.
-
3
Record and diagnose
Vital signs, diagnoses, tests and what has been used. It saves itself every so often.
-
4
Close the visit
The charges pass to reception and the material is deducted from stock.
Tip: After the visit is closed, Zenivet can send the client an automatic satisfaction survey.
