Accounting, without retyping your invoicing
Invoices, payments, purchases, till closings and remittances generate their own journal entries. You review, and your accountant receives the books ready to go.
Zenivet’s accounting works with the Spanish SME General Chart of Accounts (PGC) preloaded and extendable. By pressing “Post”, invoicing moves into the journal: issued invoices, received invoices, payments received, payments made, till closings and SEPA remittances.
Manual entries — payroll, rent, social security contributions, loans — are made with templates. And at the end of the quarter you have the VAT registers and a draft of the tax models with their boxes already calculated.
