Every procedure, test, medication or item used in the visit, the hospital stay or the grooming creates a pending charge and deducts stock. At the counter, the client pays for everything in one click: consultation and shop on the same screen.

Yes. Zenivet is multi-centre and multi-company from day one: a centre selector, a calendar, cash desk, stock and invoice series per centre, and consolidated reports.
Yes. Zenivet prepares the reminder message and opens it in WhatsApp through a link, so you send it from your own account. The automatic reminders sent each night go out by email.
It is included: a chart of accounts for SMEs, VAT books, draft tax returns and bank reconciliation. Filing taxes is done by your accountant or the clinic.
You can export any list to Excel, and the journal and VAT books to Excel or CSV. If you need anything more, write to us and we’ll look at it.
Yes. The hospitalisation board, consent signing and consultations can all be used with your finger on the tablet, with large buttons.

Yes. Every night it emails the reminders for vaccinations that are due and the notices for the next day’s appointments, only to clients who have consented to communications.
Yes. Each plan has its own fee and coverage, the client signs the SEPA mandate on the tablet, and each period the SEPA batch with the XML file for the bank is generated.
